Douglas and his company are thieves !!!! I placed a bid for snow removal he accepted my offer and supplied me a list. I went out completed all properties , keep in contact with him. He then two days later claims I never went and did any work and is refusing to pay. I offered to go to each property with him and speak to his tenants as the majority of them spoke to me and he never responded. I have filed a formal complaint against him personally and his business as well as local police dept. My attorney will be suing and I would advise not to rent or work for him !

I don't normally do review . But after reading some of the reviews, I had to leave one. I do home renovation to many home owners and I've been into many renters home where the landlord are left to with a huge mess to clean up just after a year doing some renovation but the residents feel it just "needs paint" and want all the deposits back. There's a review with a bill here that clearly says LED sticky light and stickers and labor was 1200, materials 300. How much people think materials cost? Go to home deport and buy yourself a 5 gallon paint, 3 gallon ceiling paint, 3 gallon trim paint, primer, paint pan, paint brush, paint roll and drop cloths and hire 2 guys for the job. Clean up and job done takes normally 3-4 days paying $150 - $200 each per day. Removing led and stickers peels off

Sadly very unprofessional place. Went saw the place. They run all paperwork approved the application. I drove an hour to their office. When i git there the receptionist first thing she mentioned was what kind of dog I have. Mind you i have explained that I have an emotional support pet in order to help me. She proceeded to let me get the check to have the realtor send me a txt saying that with all services documentation landlord do not want any dogs. I normally I do not review. But even giving the a 1 star review is too much.
