Extremely frustrated with this apartment. They promised to deliver the leisure area and pool still this year, 2025, which will not be fulfilled. In addition, people walk their dogs and leave the animal waste behind. My air conditioner has broken 4 times, and the smoke alarm goes off when I turn on the heating. Maintenance is outsourced, which makes it difficult to schedule repairs. People smoke on the balcony, which is prohibited. On top of that, residents park their cars in the driveways! In short, a true neglect and complete disorganization.

Beautiful atmosphere, the property manager Tania best person ever she was so sweet and caring. Love how informative she was and helpful! Most beautiful apartments Ive seen in this city honestly!

The apartments are beautiful and modern, the management is fantastic, extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Doud!

Omg, I toured today with Tania. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. When I called and set up the initial appointment, she was very inviting and informative about the property. The apartments are beautiful she answered any questions I had. I would love to call this place home i'd like to thank Tania for being so patient with me and my mother.

Apartments are amazing ! Loved the tour very informative the lady that gave us the tour was sweet! Not sure why the negative reviews I did not have any problems ! Seems to me as a fake account I applied and will be moving in Dec ! Thank you DOUD
