June 2024, I woke up to a flooded basement due to a faulty water heater. However, I called Mrs. T @ Double T Property Management Company, they came out to offer services to fix the issue right away..we received assistance from a water restoration company, new water heater, and new beautiful flooring.. We have been Property Management clients of Double T Properties for several years and could not be more pleased with the service provided. They suck at their job. I've had problems since I moved in since nov. 1 and I'm still dealing with the problems. This is stuff I asked about when I did a walkthrough, that I was told that someone would come out to check out the problems, and I haven't seen a soul since. They don't like calling people on the phone to talk about the problems you are having and how to fix them, but they are quick to send a bunch of b.s through an email or a text message and end it there.

I deal with the property management company on the maintenance side. They are very professional, friendly, easy to deal with, they respond to their Tennants quickly when it comes to maintenance issues, and their Tennant that I have encountered speck highly of them.
