Update! That’s a damn lie. I’ve called Cary numerous times and left a voicemail mail for Michael without any response. I do not recommend. They do not prioritize potential clients and have horrible responsiveness. See Yelp Reviews!!! I’ve been trying to get a returned called from Cary Lyle for at least the last 2 months regarding a rental listing. I left a message for Michael Rogers, the president, regarding this issue but unfortunately that call hasn’t been returned yet. Big example of leadership and professionalism.

Do not do business with Dorsey Alston! Their agents do not care about the city in which they operate and openly disregard city ordinances. Their agent, Kristin Carpenter, is removing a perfectly healthy 300+ year old tree, despite the city rejecting the permit and telling neighbors there’s nothing that can be done because she accepts the measly $4,500 fine for removing a piece of living history. It’s devastating, but despite pleas from neighbors to stop, the Dorsey agent continues to disregard the ordinance. This is not the type of people you can trust when looking at valuable properties in the city of Atlanta!
