Doral Management

Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy a property managed by an association. If you must buy one, don't buy one managed by this company. Four days now I have been trying to reach out to someone over there. They don't answer the phone PERIOD. They say for faster service send an email. I haven't gotten a response either. I will go to the next association meeting and vent my complaints. Hopefully they will contract a more professional company to represent them.

I have called the office today 1/30/2018 for a total of 10 times and no one has answered my calls. I have also sent an email to the company and have not heard from anyone. Where is the professionalism? Is this the way to manage a community? I am here leaving this message today because the third time is the charm. This is my third bad experience with your company where I have had the same issues before and no one has done anything about it. The community is paying you guys for a reason which is to be able to help the residents but instead you’re hiding.

Irresponsable Managmnt, poor work ethics and poor results. Unable to follow up with former customers and careless position when problem solving. No wonder why this company looses contract!

I would like to congratulate the whole team at Doral Management for the excelent service they provide which is not only attentive and respectful but efficient in the whole meaning of the word. Keep it up !!.

The WORSE property management, 0% recommended, first and LAST time I will do business with them. The customer service at their office is terrible. Think before buy a property with them.
