My mother leased a home from this company, and within less than two months, we began seeing termites inside the house. We immediately notified the company. They sent a maintenance worker who only took pictures, laughed about the situation, and said he would contact someone else. No immediate action was taken. Because the problem was serious, we scheduled an appointment ourselves with Bug Out for a professional inspection. The company canceled our appointment without our consent and sent their own pest control person instead. That technician sprayed the home and was there for about five hours. However, the following week, the termites returned and were all over the hallway floor and bathroom again. The company has claimed they were unaware of any termite issue prior to us reporting it,

Back in 2016 I meet Nawid to rent from him stayed 3 years there before we bought a house . Super nice guy his office manager Stacie is very sweet and cares about their that rents from them and works for them. If anyone is looking for a house to buy or rent a needs to rent a place call them . I do yards for them now and it's a great company to work for . Thanks for your business

TERMITES TERMITES TERMITES & BIG ROACHES ., 🪳🦟 Do not rent from Doorbia Karen is the leasing agent I asked for a manger she claims she’s the manager I reported termites & they sent maintenance to look at the termites verses a pest control company I call back Karen says she had know clue about the termites they play games with people lives this company had no remorse not one apology given to me but God is in control the owners canceled my appointment with Bug out which proves I reported termites I’m seeking legal action God is with me & I will win this case. Stay away from this place they don’t care about anything. Termites is a joke especially with Karen & the owners oh yeah maintenance laughed when I told him I had termites. 🦟🪳
