CAUTION: This real estate professional is everything but... I contacted Brian Donovan through LoopNet advertisement to see if he could tell me what my property is worth and how long it would take to sell it if I decided to go with him. He said he doesn't work for free and it will cost me...imagine a broker telling you to pay him upfront to tell you how much he thinks your property is worth and how long it would take to sell it? CAUTION: Brian sends emails stating "Your property probably won’t sell for 9 months regardless of what its priced at" this is NOT a broker you want working for you or me. GOOD LUCK BRIAN
