The apartment is beautiful and the gym is extremely convenient and well kept. The rooftop is beautiful as well. Can't wait for the warm weather to grill and hang out up there!

received an email for walk in tours, we waited almost an HOUR for the agent to finally greet us. Of course we had questions as any future resident would and she was unable to answer any of our questions. we were told we would receive an email with information regarding the units we were interested in and received no response. Apartments are done nicely but with the cheapest appliances. Package room is a free for all. Only two elevators for the entire building. Plenty of nicer apartments are available down the street with better service and amenities. Don't waste your time.

I have been a resident at Ethos for about a year now. I love living here! Whenever I need assistance with something in the apartment, someone comes to fix it for me. They have a cleaning service every week and the apartments shared areas are always clean and smell amazing. The rooftop has an amazing view. My boy friend and I took advantage barbecuing and lounging on the chairs all summer. The gym is open 24/7 and has a good amount of equipment for residents to use! This was our first apartment after moving out of our family homes and we are extremely satisfied and happy with the apartment complex designs, amenities & dog friendly atmosphere!
