Donatelli Development

I have called several times so that I can speak with someone regarding one of their properties and how it is being managed. I live at the ATRIUM ON MINNESOTA AVENIE IN NE DC. We have rats/mice in our ac vents and bed bugs. The manager MR C Chase Brown is very rude and unprofessional. I really need someone from the management company to call me. This is affecting my healthy and my mothers. I have asthma, i fractured my arm moving things for extermination. We have had several treatments but they are not listening to the residents and they are not testing the rodents that are spreading this issue through our vents. I called the department of health. Please call me.

My experience at 3825 Georgia Ave was nothing short of amazing. The staff I dealt with was incredibly helpful and responsive. The property was beautiful and the development team did a great job of keeping the building modern with a variety of different designs. Although I had to move, I made sure that the new property I moved into was managed by Donatelli Management!

Awesome staff and incredible facilities at Highland Park. I have had a tremendous experience day in and day out ranging from the professionalism of the workers to the quality of the unit. Whether it was moving in or help with my overall process, the Donatelli management is incredibly welcoming. Everything in the unit is up to date with great products whether its the fitness room or the lounging areas. Lous City Bar on the first floor of the building is one of my favorite spots in the area and I enjoy my time there whether its grabbing a bite to eat or watching a few sports games. All in all Highland Park is an incredible development and I would recommend it to all.
