I have been leasing a home in Kettering, Ohio from don wright reality for a little over 2 years now. When I was seeking to rent/ lease a property I had spoken with Karol. The day Karol was supposed to show me a property I was interested in, Karol had suddenly retired. Valerie Called me and informed me Karol was no longer employed with the company and they was aware of Karol working with me and that they would happily proceed with showing me the property and if I liked it proceeding with the process of leasing me the home. Believe the google reviews! My husband and I inquired about a property they had for rent, we love it & at first everyone was SO nice. We went in to fill out the app & was told if our credit didn’t meet the requirements, they would work with us by possibly a larger deposit, sounded great to us! We put in the app & called the next day to check on it, Roberta told us we had been Denied due to my husband having a felony in 2019 out of a county 2 hours away, listed at a different address. my husband doesn’t have any felonies so I was totally confused & made sure she had the right name. She did & the person with the felony had the same birth year. She was unsure of their birthdate or SS number but she was sure it was my husband. I called the court house the case was through & it wasn’t my husban

I would give no stars if I could. The staff is aggressively rude when they call and leave voicemails. Over two years I was renting from them. I paid a month ahead until Christmas and with holiday and other expenses I let November go and paid December rent only ten days early. Year and half later when I moved out they tried to say I never paid November rent and I needed to prove it. This is a company that harasses if they can find something to complain about. I ran out of checks and had to go get some counter checks from the bank. The first one was fine. The second one wouldn’t go through their check scanner because it had same number so I got harassed over that until I called the bank and they told me to tell them they had to bring it in. I rented from Don Wright Realty from 2017 to 2021. The rent is on the higher side for the area, but here are some of the amenities I enjoyed:. a HUGE fenced yard; clean, newer shed; attached garage, and a beautiful brick interior wall in the living room to contrast the drywall. Scott Wright even provided a free oven as thanks for my military service. I lack the words to adequately describe the phenomenal maintenance guys. To call them responsive is an understatement; one even left his home number so I could reach him immediately if the furnace issue recurred. Each knew my dogs by name, which speaks to their character and kindness. When it was time to leave, I received a short notice job offer in another state. well to start off i rented from this company 2-3 years ago for a year with my brother and his gf at the time. i liked the place and thought we left the lease on good terms. ( i was not at the review of the property after the lease) anyways- my wife and i were looking for a house and i noticed Don Wright as one of the brokers for this property. ( i thought i had a good standing with them) so i get a showing of the house. the Realtor was kind and professional. we were interested. After we rushed to get the app filled out and a $50.00 money order for the process i get to the office where i meet Karel. Karel must hate people while working in a job that helps people. as soon as i walk into the door she says "MR.Moffitt is your credit score better" NOT "Good Evening" or introduction whatsoever.
