I do not recommend renting from this company. Based on my experience, they rented out units that had serious habitability issues and were not in compliance with basic housing standards. There were ongoing problems that, to my knowledge, had resulted in failed inspections, yet units continued to be occupied. The pest infestation was severe. I personally experienced persistent German and American cockroach activity that was not properly resolved despite repeated reports. This created unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. When I reported both major and minor repair issues, instead of seeing timely and professional repairs, the situation escalated. Domus Management has been excellent to work with. The team is professional, responsive, and ensures all tenant needs are handled promptly. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service make them a top choice for property management. My landlord is Kerri since they had become the new landlord she has been very supportive and helpful, than my last two landlord’s. I had lost heat due to the furnace and I couldn’t afford a portable heater she had brought me one of hers to my house to borrow for the time being. I also needed people to practice my skill in phlebotomist and reached out to her for help and advice she was there.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever been with. I’ve been with this company for about two years now I’ve been standing in my home for about eight years. They never answer the phone. My toilet has been stopped up for three days now no one has came out or answered the phone. They don’t have a 24 hour maintenance person. I’ve been waiting for things to get fixed in my home for almost 4 months now person came out to see what needed to be fixed. Never came back. This is the worst company to ever sign lease agreement with. They are very unprofessional. I have kids in my home and I’m still waiting for someone to give me a call back because my toilet keep flooding and other things in my house need to be fixed. No one still have called me and I’ve been calling since Thursday. 7/25 I

I've had an excellent experience working with Domus PM as a property owner. They manage my rental homes with professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. I have full peace of mind knowing my investments are in good hands. Highly recommended!
