Do your homework, be vigilant with any and all worries or concerns, do not expect them to clarify something, and don’t be fooled or bullied by them like we were. My roommate and I moved out before our lease was over and we continued to pay rent since they would not allow us to break the lease. Incompetent. Unethical. Unprofessional. Non-responsive. That has been my experience with this company. They managed one of my properties and it was a nightmare. They do not respond to your messages or emails NOR to maintenance requests by the tenants. They will not deposit the rent collected in your account until after a month and then too after multiple reminders. Charge more for the maintenance work. They will send you wrong Tax Documents. The tenant they found did not pay the last month's rent, and damaged the property. And when I finally terminated my agreement with them, and fired them, they conveniently send me a notice as if they are voluntarily ending the agreement and did so three weeks before the lease end so they don't have to do any of the work. The lowest option available is one star, this is far to generous for this hay - seed business. I can not warn you enough to steer clear at all cost. We used this service to rent our executive home which I strongly regret. Firstly they do not provide the service that Betsy presented while being interviewed. We saw a monthly statement maybe six times in 3 years, “Maintenance work was done “ on the property multiple times, no receipt for work done was ever given to us upon multiple requests. No one is available EVER on the phone or via email, sometimes Robert or Betsy get back if they feel like it, it can take days, sometimes weeks, sometimes never. Upon taking up residence in the home again, multiple items were missing like curtains, blinds, etc, the kitchen ceiling was destroyed from childr

Do yourself a favor and do not rent from this company. If ONE person tries to terminate the lease regardless of how long you’ve been there or how many people are on the lease, they will allow the lease to be terminated, which means the other parties have no say in getting their security deposit back. They don’t work with you on really anything, they just expect money. overall best to avoid renting from this company.

We have been with Dominion Properties for almost 6 years. We have been very pleased. Robert and Betsy operate with honesty and integrity and we've been pleased with all of their contractors as well. When things need to be repaired or replaced, they are quick to get the job done.
