I have been impressed and happy with every aspect of moving to Dominion Plaza, from the initial viewing to signing the lease and getting settled. Everyone on the leasing team went above and beyond to help me feel totally at home. Our desk and maintenance team have also been amazing. Id be happy to recommend anyone to check out Dominion Plaza!

The leasing manager at dominion plaza has excellent customer service and is always on time. anytime You need assistance she’s there and the move in process was quick and simple. Apartments are also very nice and affordable I give my experience a 100/10

I have been trying to get clarification regarding a $2,780 charge on my account for my apartment. I moved in around February 20 and already paid my security deposit and prorated rent for the last 10 days of February. I have emailed management, spoken with the front desk, and requested a review of my account multiple times. Unfortunately, I have not received any response, and my balance has not been updated. I am simply asking for a clear breakdown of the charges and confirmation that there is no error. Lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing. I hope management will address this matter promptly.

Moved in a few months ago and I love it here. I worked with Sonny and the process was smooth, she was really nice and answered any questions I had. Maintenance comes and fixes issues quickly and the building is old, but well maintained. Very affordable and an overall good deal for an apartment in Arlington.

I recently moved into Dominion Plaza, and I am very pleased with the staff here. Everyone is kind and helpful. Since the day I arrived, I’ve been assisted by a wonderful lady named Hairatou. She helps me immediately with any issue, even after working hours or when she’s busy—she never says “come back later.” She solves my problems right away. Whenever I make a request or send an email, even if I forget about it, she doesn’t. She remembers everything from the first word and always sends me updates once the issue is resolved. For example, when it comes to insurance, documentation, or payments, she helped me on the very same day, without letting things get delayed. Hairatou is truly an amazing person. May God bless her.
