Dominion Pines Apartments

I have been here for around 20 years. I love the community, staff, and area. My neighbors are always friendly and nice. The staff takes care of the community really well and keeps everything up well. Wonderful team of people and I am always glad to have moved in.

There is so much I want to say but I’m gonna leave it alone ! Living here in these apartments it’s not the greatest for the price they wanted ! They quick to take you to court I never seen anything like this my whole entire life ! See in Florida they don’t do that they will work with you before they go and take you to court ! There’s no swimming pool ! No park you can chill in ! The 2 maintenance man they have they are real nice Ralph Knox and Sean Jolly they are the best employee that’ works there !I had an infraction on my account they block me also my debit card ! And the nerve to tell me the system did it which i know better! And put all these charges on me ! But it’s all good cause I’m about to move out! Anyway ! To me they just don’t care there is no compassion ! How about this I was

My family and I love it, we have had an amazing experience with the leasing office. All of the staff is professional, personable, attentive, and quick to handle any questions or requests. They have been nothing but welcoming since day one, and I truly appreciate their effort and consistency, as well as their communication. They always go above and beyond to take care of their residents & property.

Living out here for almost 14 years was a great experience the faculty was so nice always met my needs and if anything was wrong with my apartment they always work on to get it fix. I will miss living out here I love it here but I had to move on to more space.
