I wanted to leave a review for Avelio (amazing Maintenance worker) to recognize his outstanding work. He handled our maintenance requests incredibly quickly and efficiently. He was professional, addressed every issue on our list, and ensured everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who works with that level of speed and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I want to give a big shout out to Santos who is one of the maintenance personnel here at the apartments. He does good work and does it with a smile. He takes extra effort to ensure satisfaction and get the job done right. I appreciate his work and help getting my apartment’s maintenance completed so quickly!

I have been a resident here at Dominion Middle Ridge for a long time now and it has been a Great experience! I signed my first lease with Tyler Wiest when he was a Leasing Agent, (Yes, that long ago). I would describe DMR as "A Gated Community without the Gates ". I just renewed my lease for 2026 and could not be happier! Our current Community Manager (Hussein) and Assistant Manager (Manny) have been Outstanding! Hussein directly reached out and asked how are things are going and if anything was required in my apartment. I proceeded to inform him of a few things I would like to have done.
