Customer Reviews
I’ve lived here since October 2025, and overall it’s been a good experience. The property is well maintained — there’s a cleaning crew that regularly sweeps and mops the hallways, and the grounds are kept tidy. They even have someone who cleans up the bark park when tenants don’t pick up after their dogs, which I really appreciate. The property generally stays pretty clean. The front office staff is super friendly and always eager to help however they can, which really makes a difference. They’re approachable and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Of course, there are some typical apartment-living nuances — occasional smells from neighbors’ cooking, noise from surrounding units, and sometimes bugs after a neighboring unit moves out (I’d recommend spraying doors and windows when
The obnoxious fire alarm goes off multiple times DAILY!! I can’t take this anymore!! It’s once gone off at 4 AM and stayed going off for over an hour and a half before. It’s going off right now as I type this. The most recent time it went off before this (a few days ago at most) I saw the first responders arrive downstairs and one (who seemed like he was in charge) seemed upset and said “if it’s the alarm in the 400 region of Apartments that’s going off I’m gonna be mad” because that’s the one that’s apparently “faulty,” meaning it goes off for no reason, they’ve confirmed it’s a faulty alarm, and nothing has been done about it. It goes off throughout the entire complex with no warning, goes silent very briefly, then goes off again with intermittent breaks. The length of this process var
Just got my first apartment with domain west and I must say all the staff have been incredibly helpful in the what would otherwise have been a massive headache of a process, place was clean and well maintained upon move in and the various amenities around the complex make it feel alive and worth exploring. The in house gym saves me not just a trip out of the building but a whole membership as well which was very important to me. Looking forward to enjoying the place for a while to come, thank you again so much to Alexia, Kayla, Monica, and Sheree! Could not have done this so worry free without the team.
These apartments have went down hill mold, roaches, stinky odors, lazy and rude workers. The mold alone is a major health concern. I will be calling the health department & apartment association. The fire alarms goes off anytime you wouldn’t know if a fire is real or fake bc the anlram is always going off. The Elevators be filthy and stinky esp the main elevator. The cleaning person does nothing but drag a mop down “some” hallways in one straight line. The Leasing office does nothing about it which is really pathetic bc a few leasing people live on the property for the discount i guess. Fire alarms goes off alllllll the time non stop really loud. The smell in the hallways is terrible. Security guard sits in white vehicle doing nothing with other individuals inside his truck with him lookin
Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! I stayed for two years, nothing works!!! The elevators are ALWAYS down…. One was down for a whole year. You can’t use any of the amenities…game room been down over a year as well. All of a sudden hidden fees get added to your rent. The staff never know why or how to resolve a problem. The apartments are old and need remodeling. The smoke detectors goes off at anytime of the night…this went on for months and apparently still going on…talk about safety hazard haha! Trust me I’m so glad I moved…think before moving in!! Also they will take your deposit for damages that were made before you…it’s ridiculous!
