Absolutely disgusting place — do yourself a favor and RUN! This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in. The entire complex is crawling with roaches — not just tiny ones, but even huge flying roaches inside the apartment! Management does absolutely nothing about it. Their so-called “pest control” is a complete joke and never works. I had to spend my own money to buy sprays and traps to deal with the infestation myself. There’s dog poop everywhere around the property. People don’t pick up after their dogs, and the staff simply ignore it. The water bill is an absolute scam — $90 to $100 every month for a tiny 650 sq. ft. one-bedroom unit — and now they’re even trying to charge me again for water and sewer that I already paid for before moving out! She guided me through every step of renting the apartment, promptly answered all my questions, and ensured everything was ready before my move-in. The front office and maintenance staff here are truly top-notch and incredibly responsive. Any time I had an issue, it was addressed either quickly and efficiently, or the team would take the time to clearly explain what could be reasonably addressed and what might take longer. Their transparency and professionalism were always appreciated. I actually lived here under the previous management as well. The move-out process was incredibly easy with no problems. The one area I wish was improved upon was the gym. Other amenities were upgraded or remodeled, the gym was not. Otherwise great community. As for complaints about dog poop, that is an unfortunate issue with residents and nobody can track who's dog it is. Every morning, someone is walking the community picking up trash and dog poop. Li

I had absolutely fantastic experience staying here from the moment I stepped in to do the viewing with Janet till the time I moved out. My apartment was in excellent condition and there was always plenty of parking spaces close to my apt entrance. The building has a shared workspace downstairs which I appreciated. It's a very safe neighborhood with a nearby park. I highly recommend this apt building.
