Domain Apartments

It’s great to see the property modernizing the facilities. The new gate access through the app is convenient and works well, and they’ve also recently reflattened the patio pavement. The staff is really attentive and responsive, which I genuinely appreciate. The main downside has been neighbors smoking, which has impacted the day-to-day living experience (and I’ve seen other reviewers mention the same issue).

My experience living in these apartments has been extremely disappointing. There are constant issues, and it feels like something new goes wrong every week. Maintenance requests take far too long to resolve—if they get resolved at all—and communication from management is consistently unreliable. Recently, residents were left without water for two full days. Management repeatedly promised that water would be restored at specific times, but those promises were never kept. It’s hard to understand how they expect working people living in Silicon Valley to manage without basic necessities like water for that long. The lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable. Smoke-Free Policy Not Enforced I moved here because it’s advertised as a smoke-free community, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. Some residents smoke marijuana, and the smell often drifts into our unit. At night we’ve had to keep our windows closed because the odor is strong enough to wake up the family. The stairwells, and some hallways also regularly smell like marijuana. The apartments themselves are fine, but the lack of enforcement of the smoke-free policy has been very disappointing. If management took this more seriously, it would make a big difference for residents who chose this community expecting a healthy, smoke-free environment.

Apartments are nice with big patios and terraces, close to lots of restaurants and offices. Service teams are responsive. Amenities are good. Management could do better with assisting residents.

Elizabeth Perez was very helpful in showing me your beautiful property & I'm very pleased in detailing out the perks of the apartment community. I was interested in this area as a Silicon Valley graduate+ and potentially re experiencing a life close to my past work area n my fiance (not ex bf last name coincidentally) or we may just have a direct house for your Salesforce audit stuff.
