Was living there from 2024-2025. One of the WORST experiences with apartments in my life. Upon getting the unit itself, it was COMPLETELY dirty with stains all over the place, broken doors to where they are about to fall off, and much more that didn’t work (Refer to pictures I put in the review). One day when it was raining outside, my unit started flooding because the window seal was NOT properly sealed or secure so the water got through and damaged a lot of my belongings. The ladies working in the office at the time were always rude and had an attitude when I would have questions or concerns of my unit or the amenities around the complex. My experience living here has been awful, and I do not recommend these apartments at all. It’s completely not worth the price. The building is infested with roaches — you’ll see them everywhere, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Maintenance is terrible. They rarely respond to service requests. When we first moved in, we asked for the carpet to be replaced, but they never did. The only thing they seemed concerned about was whether we planned to renew our lease. When we said no, they told us there was no point in fixing the carpet because they’d replace it after we moved out. Everything in the apartment feels cheaply maintained or broken. Living at The Cottages is the best because there’s always something fun happening! From pool days to resident events, there are so many activities that make it easy to have fun and meet new friends. It truly feels like home with nonstop good vibes!

Upon living in this apartment complex I would not say I enjoyed it this was the first lease I had ever signed and when we signed up for this apartment they said that we would get a certain amount of months free on our rent and one of those months our rent was required when it was said we wouldn't have to pay. When we first moved in there was a doritos bag left in one of the cupboards. Our blinds fell off quite a few times while living here one of the things I also noticed it we have a lot of bugs in our apartment despite paying for bug control I would like to add that the hills have had poop on them for months and no one has picked it up it's just been rolled through by maintenance the gym equipment wasn't really clean as well as the pool it doesn't look clean in my opinion and the comlex

3rd lease here, they are flexible, moved into a bigger apartment because I needed more space and they were able to get me one pretty easy. Also the maintenance staff is pretty quick when responding to all service calls.
