Dolce Vita at Three60 Apartment Homes

DONT. I moved back into these apartments on the opposite side the belle side thinking it would be better. No it’s worse. Carpenter ants (sprayed for still around the outsides of my apartment) as of this morning two leaks, and su flooring issues not addressed when I have complained because I can hear everything the upstairs neighbor is doing(yet prior management team told me it could be from other apartments how do I know it’s the upstairs neighbor who is nice I have to go talk to her). Google won’t allow version but I have Hedi of everything including when the leak was live and leaking. Photos are the result of carpenter ants and both leaks cloths that got damaged in the process. I don’t know what’s between these floors leaking through with the water. Update 11/18/25I REPORTED THIS TO WAK

I have really enjoyed my time at the vita. I always enjoyed how they host resident activities. The community was quite and they were always welcoming. Ms. Biridiana was my favorite. She always showed empathy and understanding. She took the time to guide me through my move process. My aid and I really like her. Thankful for my experience here.

We looked at the Vita at 360 Apartments. And thought we'd found what we were looking for.. upon applying we were told we had to put a $299 deposit. Just to apply. And they said that our deposit could be adjusted up to 1 months rent. Plus there was the $90 application fee for each person Upon being approved we were told that our deposit would be for one month's rent When we showed up to sign the welcome letter which you must sign to move in. We were told the the difference between the 299 and the 1300 and something would be a acceptance fee! Not a deposit. And was non-refundable. Will you explain this was unacceptable to us and that we would not be taking the apartment. The kept sending us emails asking if we were rejecting the apartment we continually said yes. We have yet to get our $299

I really loved the attention that Kyra, my leasing agent gave from the moment I came to view the property. I originally wanted a one bedroom but a studio was suggested because of the lower amount of steps . Kyra really looked out for me. I love my space. Looking forward to more positive interactions with Kyra. She is definitely a GEM 💎 for Vita 360. This was my initial picture in my new home.

I applied with this apartment back in March I decided to go a different route and cancel my application. I was supposed to get my refund back it is June 14 I have yet to get my refund back. They claim they sent me it in the mail with the check. I have never received anything. I wouldn’t trust this company when they say they’re gonna refund your money and they never will. They said they will reach out to me in the next couple days. It’s been months and I’m still waiting to try to get my refund back. They told me that they were reaching out to upper management I haven’t Heard back since I reached out to them May 19 for an update no response. It is June now and I still have not got my money back. If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately, I have to give one so beware if you apply w
