Denzel definitely is amazing, don’t know me from a can of paint but stay from his lunch to help me find the best unit for me and my 3 kids. He walked we around the property and I fell in love with the model apartment I can’t wake to move in. Thanks Denzel and the property manager Brandon was soo cool

With only two weeks’ notice, rent will be hiked by over $400, targeting a community primarily made up of elderly residents on fixed incomes — people who have spent years here and now face displacement, financial ruin, or worse. I have been attendant 5 years at this location. True, before the new company took over in November.Stuff was outdated, but we were okay with it.The rent did not go up. Now that this new company has taken over and put a couple of new items in there and after did they walk through now you cant find anybody from the office. Rent goes up and now we have multiple break-ins in our vehicles vandalisn't and now it's hard to get in touch with the people in the office. The inspection was over.Everybody vanished from the office can't get a number to call them the website they sent you through.You cannot get through to get input your maintenance and to get them to come and fix stuff. The best part is the price and location. I was here for 4 years bc the price was great and I was traveling a lot. Honestly the neighbor is safe but the sounds from the liquor store plaza took a year to get use to. Ms.Jenkins is the worse land lady and maintenance is even worse. I was there 4 years and never had a screen for my porch after repeatedly asking and requesting. Simple things like my bath needing to be replaced or grouted didn’t happen for 2 years. The ac unit for my unit had needed replacing for years all they do is tape it up and get it running for short term instead of just replacing the units that are old.
