The neighbors will make or break your experience here. The walls are paper thin. You will hear everything, from arguments to .... if you know what I mean. Floors are squeaky! That's something you will not know until you move in. Older complex so don't expect luxury but overall grounds are clean on the outside. Its quiet overall. The property manager was nice and understanding. Maintenance went down a little bit over the years. But requests were complete maybe not to the best ability but complete.

Ever since I moved there, there was toilet issue. A woman in the same unit as me in a different building said the same thing happened to her for an entire year. The maintenance would come and try his best, but ultimately, the issue was never resolved. My rent was never paid on the 1st because I was forced to make in person payments, despite them having an online system. I have to work the same hours that the property manager is on duty, so it didn’t make sense to make in person payments. Their online system was never working according to the property manager, but another woman who lives in the same building as me had access to pay online and she moved in after I did. Let me paint you a picture of the "delightful" living conditions here: Firstly, cleanliness clearly isn’t on their checklist. Hallways often resemble a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie, with trash and debris casually strewn about. The beautiful landscaping they promise feels more like an overgrown jungle, making you wonder if you somehow stepped into a tropical rainforest instead of an apartment complex. Then there’s the maintenance team, or should I say, the GHOST maintenance team? Requests are either ignored or addressed at a leisurely pace that would make a snail look like a speed demon. You pay for pest control and you get no service, no return calls. This place is infested with roaches. The laundry room has 4 washers ,which have not worked in over 60 days,and the laundry room stays dirty with water on the floor and inside the washers.

They are allowing my baby girl and I gas illegally shut off since the day after Christmas and I'm disabled and home school my daughter and I have sickle cell and I never had an opportunity to pay for gas a non profit has been paying the landlord who neither told me that they would stop by Xmas so I need the GAS BACK ON ASAP in THIS WINTER STORM!
