Dobson Towne Centre

I recently visited my elderly mother at her apartment. I was initially unsure about her living on her own but after meeting some of the grounds staff and actually being on the property my mind has been changed. Jeremiah came in to do some work for my mom. He was very considerate and professional whenever he visited. Our family appreciates people like him that go the extra mile for their residents. Job well done.

Out of all three apartments we toured today, Dobson left a very strong positive impression on me and my two future roommates. Cindy was incredibly helpful throughout the process—she clearly explained the renting details to us first time renters and made sure we had all the information we needed. Her professionalism and friendliness made the experience feel smooth and reassuring, and it truly set Dobson apart from the other places we visited. Thank you for such a great experience!

dobson townsend is a great place to be. i feel like i am living in a big big home the apartment is so spacious. Every time I go to the office with mom I'm so excited to see Cindy and the team because they give me treats and give me lots of fur love. i was the pet of month for september, i've made new friends. I miss my bff koreo my husky neighbor fren, he moved but i made some new friends. thank you cindy for being the best!!!! and robby is the best too, i see him working hard when i am on my walks he keeps the ground and apartments fixed all the time.

It is February in Arizona, warm to hot weather is on the way. I prepared for it first by checking the A/C. The vent blew out very warm air, not a good sign when warmer days are right around the corner. Afraid of not getting the matter fixed before it got too hot, (Six years ago, I was without A/C for two weeks in the middle of summer) I immediately stopped by the front office and mentioned the matter to Cindy. Concerned and eager to assist, she advised me to submit a maintenance work order to get on the worklist ASAP. Apparently, the fan blew out and there were no fans on hand, one had to be ordered. I didn't mind the wait... about a week and the weather was still cool. Now when the fan arrived, Jeremiah hustled to get on the roof and replace the broken one with the new. He even apologized

Robby is one of your best maintenance workers. He does his job exceptionally well. He makes sure that the work orders he receives are completed and runs efficiently. He’s friendly, courteous, and professional. He also leaves the repair area exceptionally tidy. We always look forward to him attending to our work orders. Thanks Robby!!!
