DMA Plaza

This is a great place! My mom is safe, the security and amenities are awesome. I can't believe we found such an affordable and beautiful place in the heart of town. The remodeling is gorgeous with common areas, top of the line laundry, and soon....gorgeous grounds. Thank you!!!

1st ch is probably one of the homeless who they were trying to help. But she had others living there, smoking in their rooms, made me nervous for moms safety. She finally was forced out. All of her comment shows this kind of person. They are doing a fabulous job of renovation, allowing elderly or pre elderly to be able to afford a nice clean home and still be able to have some enjoyment. Make me friends. They are so good to my Mom. I had no idea such a place existed. 20 stars

In reference to "CH"'s comment. This is a family member of mine that is very unhappy with the recent turn of event concerning my grandmother, who is a resident of the DMA Plaza. The Plaza staff has been very kind and understanding and helping my grandmother with the situation she is in. they have paid an 1100$ bill to fix her apartment which should have been billed to my grandmother. I would like to let everyone know that DMA is re-doing all of their apartments to update them. They are very kind and understanding and I am very pleased that my grandmother lives at DMA. I am sorry to those of you who read CH's comment. DMA is a really nice place to live.

This building is infested with bed bugs.....management will try to convince you they come from outside the building....NOT. Also the soundproofing is non-existent. With the windows open you can hear everything that is said and done at street level.....including the blasts from the train horns.. The building is falling apart.....no amount of rehab can fix it. The management staff micro-manages the building and the residents. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

My aunt loves living here & it is quite affordable. Definitely the best senior apartments a stones throw away from parks, walking trails & Historic Old Town
