DLP Lending

Good Morning, Thanks for your email and acknowledging the completion of the LAST loan, I appreciate the successful transaction between me and DLP. My feedback regarding my experience with DLP Alliance Servicing LLC was great, Communications was clear, updates on the transaction was on time. All my questions, emails were answered and explained to me well, in a good and fast timely fashion. On a scale I will give DLP 4 rate, What could be done to get a 5 rating, 5 being highest rate would be to reduce the overall fees like the amount for the draws should be reduced and the overall points for a deal for customers that have successful completed several loans. Edited Review: This company is became a predatory lender during covid. Signed a large loan January 2020. Big mistake. DLP never gave an inch on making payments, held distributions, I had to beg to get my draws, no waived fees, no waived or deferred anything. This was definitely a top down decision by Don. As you can see below, they started out good, but many of the people I started out with quit or moved on.
