⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love working with DK Rentals! Every time I need something, they respond right away. Their staff is amazing — you can call, text, or even message through the portal, which makes everything super convenient. If there’s ever an issue, they truly go above and beyond what we ask for. Leaving this review in order to make other people or families understand the business of property management companies with rentals. The property that I rent used to be managed by a different property management company until DK rentals took over about a year ago. Before with the other company, there was a grace period of five days to pay your rent after the first of the month. I’ve paid my rent on time every single time for the past three years, only being late once since DK rentals took over. Well, in the new lease agreement that I signed, they snuck in a new terms of agreement that stated you are allowed 0 days to pay your rent late. The first time you are not charged a late fee, which is what happened the first time I was 1 day late with DK rentals. They didn’t warn me. They just waite

I appreciated the quick response to my request to have someone assist me with operating the fireplace. I didn't use it last winter and have never had a fireplace before. I was really nervous about using the gas. However, the technician was prompt and polite in setting up the fireplace. I have a warm fire in my fireplace now. Ms.Rosa and Ms. Nicole helped to expedite the process. Thank you so much!!!!

I always check ratings on just about every vendor, restaurant or service provider I conduct business with. I'll admit that I was slightly alarmed with DK only having a 3.9 rating, and almost made a decision to live elsewhere, managed by a different company. But, I liked the home and then began to experience DKRentals first hand. I will tell you that at every stage of my rental experience - inquiry, visits, application, lease review and signing, property inspection, pre-move-in repairs, move-in, maintenance requests, you name it - IT HAS BEEN AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
