DK Builder did the most wonderful, thorough, highly-detailed and high-quality work renovating our old Tudor house, inside and out, above and beyond our expectation. It was a very complex project. In addition to the normal renovation tasks (complete renovation of all kitchen and bathrooms, removing weight bearing walls, installing new roofs and sidings, etc.), the project called for the complete rebuild of a modern study space above the garage, raising the turret roof and adding clerestory windows, and ensuring all the new interior and exterior works blend seamlessly with the old. Phares and Austin are extremely patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. They sourced the best craftsmen in Lancaster County, executed, delivered, and realized our architect's aesthetic vision in the most concrete man

Daniel, Lynn, and Dan were so patient and extremely professional the entire way through our build which was mostly coordinated long distance as we were moving back to PA from out of state. We first worked with Phares Zeiset 15 years ago when he built a kitchen addition involving a 21 foot steel beam to carry the second floor. We learned then about the extras which he provided to enable us to see how nice the addition would look before we signed any contracts. Our 2018 project began in 2017 and involved a new master bedroom renovation, again requiring steel beams to carry the new load. The project was an outstanding success. Our advice would be to let Phares know you definitely want to work with him and he will more than repay you for the commitment with attention, outstanding people on his team and wonderful results.

This was our first experience building a house. After bidding the project to a few other builders, we felt comfortable trusting Phares. Phares Zeiset and Chris Wing were very patient and professional with us as we went through the entire building process. We definitely recommend them for any construction project and would use them again.
