That said, I did feel that some of the pricing on upgrades ran a bit higher than expected, and like with any large build, certain trades contacts were stronger than others. Halina carefully listened to us and created an interior design that is both beautiful and functional. Halina patiently worked with us every step of the way from architectural plans to close. During the architectural design phase Dan Kittilsen was helpful and had great ideas. Mark Papa managed construction and was outstanding throughout the project. My company installed a large solar system on DJK's new model home in downtown Naperville. The project ran on time, they were very easy to coordinate with for different parts of the project, and the home itself is gorgeous. My entire solar installation team was in awe of their professionalism and attention to detail. Could not be happier with our partnership.

My husband and I recently moved to the Chicagoland area and were interested in a custom home. We worked with Amanda to discuss homes, lots and even visit the Design Center. It didn't work out at this time to purchase a DJK house, but we will be back as soon as we can as we were thoroughly impressed with their customer service, their design options, customization abilities and building practices.
