BEWARE!!!! The rental property management part of this business which is run by Frances Booker is so unprofessional. She allows tenants to be months late in their rent without filing for them to be evicted. Then if tenants actually pay it’s very difficult to get your rental reimbursements for months.

on December 2023 I would have given Divine Fog Realty Company, DF for short, five stars as they assisted me in buying a property, the process with quite quick and smoooth as I paid the asking price in cash. In 2024-5 I had a lot of inconveniences and avoidable costs. DF represented both the seller and the buyer and I did't see that as a problem. It seems trying to avoid the appearance of a conflic of interest, all comunications were broken and as a result I had economic loss due to a rushed moving out when the buyer wasn't actually ready to move in, not to mention have a loan approved. Because the staff member assisting me in both occasions was the same person, I believe this was a systems failure, management in need of improvement.

As we decided to sell our home we were recommend Divine Fog and specifically Brielle. There could not have been a worse experience with Brielle as our listing agent. Her concern is solely about her commission, not her client. Deep regret is not nearly a strong enough term to start to explain how bad our mistake was in choosing Brielle as our listing agent. As for the broker, scottie, he did not care about our concerns and when he was sent an email regarding our concerns he was completely dismissive and stated, over the phone, that he skimmed our email and did not feel it was important enough to address.

My wife and I bought our first home with Bre Campbell and it was a amazing process! She was super helpful answering all our questions and guided us through the process from finding the home to closing on it! Highly recommend anyone looking to buy their first home or new home! Her team at Divine Fog Realty Company are all super nice and helpful when we were there!
