Seven months ago we received a “CO” and closed on our newly constructed home. As expected we are happy with our new home. During the construction we got to know the person who coordinated and managed the construction process, Geoff Yergey. We understood that when we occupied our home that there would be a “punch list”, construction issues that needed to be resolved. He is a busy person but Geoff has always been responsive during the construction since we moved in. He is prompt in responding to calls or text messages. He may not always have an answer or the authority to make a decision but you never feel abandoned. He always made sure to find an answer for us. In short, he works with you to find a solution to issues. Thank you Geoff. You are a good person and you have our utmost

Bad business. The amount of money we were looking to spend to construct our home put us out of their service area. We weren't prepared to spend enough money to be in thier service area. Thanks David.

DIVCO built ourcustom home and it was an enjoyable experience working with knowledgeable and professional personnel from the administrative side to the field management. We were kept informed about the progress of the home during the entire building cycle. Any minor service items were completely promptly and with exceptional quality.
