I started the process for a commercial property over three months ago and still haven’t received keys. The most frustrating part is that they reached out saying things were ready we could move forward, so I even terminated another lease I had just signed because I really wanted this location. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting on keys and a clear move-in date. I’m hoping things get resolved soon. This has been my experience so far hopefully others have a smoother process.

Horrible company!!! They charge businesses for whatever they want. Fees tact on to everything. They are the reason why small businesses fail!!! If you own a business and think of renting or dealing with divaris. Don’t do it!!
