I had a horrible experience with management. They are super greedy and looking at the reviews, it seems that I am not the only one. They pinned a bunch of random fees on us when we were moving out. There was an internal leak in the building that caused mold, clearly a maintenance issue from poor internal plumbing beyond our control. Despite this, management tried to pin all the charges on us. They also charged us cleaning fees even though we cleaned the apartment perfectly before moving out. I am super disappointed that we were treated this way. Future tenants beware.

Lived here for 2 years from 2022 to 2024. Wonderful apartment complex, nice upgraded kitchen, well-lit at night. Safe area to take a walk doesn't matter time of the day. Management is very responsive and friendly, things fixed right away. Small con - no access to clubhouse after hours or on weekends for apartment owners. You can access gym and tv room - but not the sitting area/lounge/kitchenette. Feel like that would have been a wonderful place to host friends/family like other apartment complexes allow you to. Overall - highly recommend the apartment complex to any young person moving to Roanoke.

Not sure why they call these luxury apartments. In a 2 bedroom apt the kitchen is only big enough for one person at a time, there is one drawer in the kitchen and one dark corner with 3 cabinets and you better have a step stool to tech anything past the bottom shelf. In a luxury apt I would have expected a glass cooktop but no, there are the coiled burners. The laundry room is a closet just big enough to hold the washer and dryer and it’s right next to the front door so if your standing on your step stool to get clothes out of the dryer and someone wants to come in the only door they will have to wait. The master bedroom is not huge as someone said but the master bathroom is bigger than the kitchen. There are plenty of things for maintenance to work on because something is always breaking.

Highly recommend! Apartments are spacious and so nice and updated. The front office is always so nice and helpful and works to put on events for the residents! Plus, maintenance is dream team. My AC went out on me and I immediately got assistance and a portable unit to beat the heat after submitting a request. So wonderful to work with! Plus they are the first to ever offer me a temporary solution. Very happy to call this place home!

District View is one of the best apartment complexes I've experienced in Roanoke. Mainly a quiet community if you can forgive the summer excitement. The community is filled with walkers and runners.The staff here go above and beyond to foster a sense of community spirit. They regularly organize enjoyable events, creating opportunities for residents to connect and engage with one another. Plus, the Food Truck services they arrange on Tuesdays and Thursdays add a nice touch to the community experience. One of the standout features of District View is the exceptional staff. They're incredibly friendly, always ready to lend a helping hand and make your living experience as pleasant as possible.
