District Lofts

Just moved into District Lofts! The tour and move in process with Chanda was perfect! She gave great customer service and it was quick and simple. I had a couple move in maintenance requests that Greg and Richard were on top of and got completed within minutes of the request. This place and staff is amazing and I would recommend this complex!

This complex has been incredible for my first few weeks. Chanda in the front office was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process for my situation of moving back from Kansas to my home state of Arizona, and gave me all the needed info to get a unit locked in and taken care of. The maintence staff is also top notch, Greg was super helpful, came to resolve a few issues with my unit within a day of the initial request and knocked them all out quickly. The residents I've met here have also been friendly and great to chat with, which is suprisingly hard to find from other Phoenix complexes from my personal experience. All in all this has been a great experience being here, and I have nothing negative to say about this place. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a new apartment

I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team here—especially Greg and Richard. They are consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. Any time I’ve put in a maintenance request, they respond quickly and actually fix the issue the right way, not just a temporary patch. Greg and Richard always take the time to explain what’s going on, answer questions, and make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. They’re respectful of my space, show up when they say they will, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find maintenance staff this dependable and genuinely helpful. They’re a huge reason living here is such a positive experience. Management is lucky to have them, and residents definitely benefit from their hard work.

I have been meaning to do this for some time now. With that said, I would like to turn the spotlight on District Loft's own rock star, Chanda! She is THE consistent beautiful soul when it comes to everything leasing office, showing properties, community involvement, and everything else in-between. With an infectious daily smile, she continually puts the work in and goes out of her way to make everyone feel like they are one of a kind. From the tedious mundane tasks to the heaviness that life can bring she always makes you feel valued. The work she puts into her resident relationships is simply first class. I write this with a full heart and it's my time to give her some well deserved shine! I think I speak for everyone that chooses to reside in this beautiful space, THANK YOU Chanda!

The smoothest move I’ve ever had — big shout-out to Chanda. She was very communicative, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My wife and I absolutely love our new place and couldn’t be happier.
