Absolutely love this community. I want to spotlight both Matthew and Larry, the maintenance team for their efficacy! These two individuals are extremely knowledgeable and on top of any issue I've had whether big or small. They have gone above and beyond with their hospitality as well as in working knowledge of any problem I've thrown their way. These two are such a dynamic for the property, they are top tier. I highly recommend this community if you're considering making a move to somewhere phenomenal!

This apartment community really stands out for how well it’s run. The management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a big difference in everyday living. It’s clear they care about creating a positive experience for residents, and I would definitely recommend living here!

My recent move into the District at Tuttle has been an exceptional experience, due in large part to the support provided by Mike, the community manager. From the very beginning, Mike demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my transition into the community was handled smoothly and efficiently. I have lived at this property for about 3 years now, I have enjoyed everything. I put a maintenance work order in yesterday and maintenance was here and fixed it. Matt was super nice and polite the entire time! Not even two hours after he made the repair, Mike called just to follow up and make sure everything was good. This was such a nice follow-up, really made me feel comfortable with the maintenance and the office. Thank you for being so attentive.

We really enjoy living at this apartment community. They host thoughtful events like a Winter Meet & Greet, which makes the community feel warm and welcoming. The management team is incredibly kind and always helpful. Whenever something needs to be fixed, maintenance responds very quickly. Highly recommended!
