Want to take the time to recognize the staff at this location. As with any living space, issues happen. It's how you react and work to correct any problems. The front office staff and maintenance have been incredibly understanding and helpful during & after my partner's and my move from states away. I cannot say enough great things about Carrie & team. Additionally, Fynn (maintenance) has been outstanding. They've been transparent every step of the way about some reactive repairs, including those involving several floors of the complex. Fynn kept us updated, answered all my questions, and explained the next steps clearly and concisely. Many places try to be in & out without ever saying a word. Additionally, there were representatives from the regional(?) level in and out to check on repair

I just moved in on 12/22, and the experience has been a complete nightmare. The office staff is amazing (the ONLY reason I have given the place a second star); but the apartment itself is disgusting and in complete disrepair. Practically every day has brought a new surprise to make my mistake in moving here more and more apparent. Today's discovery: the dishwasher doesn't work. Fun! This brings my current list of complaints to: 1. The carpet smells, is crusty and discolored. 2. There was a layer of filth on everything that I am STILL chipping away at. 3. I have to reach into the tank and manually flush my toddler-sized toilet because the cheap plastic lever was mangled before I even arrived 4. The apartment is beautifully maintained, bright, comfortable, and the community is always clean and peaceful. What truly makes this place stand out is Carrie—her customer service is outstanding. She’s friendly, responsive, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I am supported. Thanks to her, the entire move-in and living experience has been smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’m a current resident, and my experience here has been defined by poor transparency and misrepresentation. The apartment was advertised and repeatedly communicated to me as $1,795/month. My welcome email, move-in breakdown, and first payment all reflected that amount. What was not clearly disclosed prior to move-in was a mandatory monthly internet/services charge. My lease clearly states an annual rent of $21,540, paid in 12 monthly installments of $1,795. That math is consistent. A $2,100 monthly obligation would equal over $25,000 annually, which does not appear anywhere in the lease and is not what I agreed to. Any additional mandatory charges were not clearly disclosed prior to move-in and materially change the financial terms. As a result, $1,795 advertised rent turns into roughly

Carrie at District at Linworth has been absolutely amazing to work with. Every single time I came to her with a concern, big, small, or totally random, she was so caring, so understanding, and honestly just the sweetest person ever. She always made me feel heard and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. You can tell how hard she works because she’s always on top of everything, communicating quickly, following up, and handling every situation with so much grace and professionalism. Her kindness, patience, and warm personality truly stand out and make the whole community feel brighter. If you want to live somewhere where you genuinely feel valued, heard, and taken care of, I seriously recommend District at Linworth. Carrie goes above and beyond for her residents, and it makes suc
