District at Flagler Village

What a great experience! My husband and I just moved into The District about two months ago, and I can’t tell you how pleasurable the experience has been. The entire team is amazing! Anthony handled our move-in, and from start to finish he was perfection—everything went smoothly with no issues at all. We absolutely love the building—it’s clean, well-kept, and perfectly maintained. The location is fantastic, too. If you’re moving to South Florida and looking for a great place with a true sense of community, this is the spot!

I moved in here recently and am very happy I went for this place. Community is very friendly and so are the people running it. Move-in was smooth, Estefani (leasing agent) was very helpful and responsive, and it’s a great building+location. Very modern, the elevators are quick, and the amenities are great. Really nice gym, pool area, a large community/lounge room, and plenty of spots to get work done too.

Living here has been an amazing experience. The building is always spotless and beautifully maintained. You can really tell how much pride is taken in keeping everything top-notch. The amenities are fantastic and make day-to-day living feel elevated and convenient. Special shoutout to Anthony, the community manager, who is incredibly accommodating and always goes above and beyond. Whether it’s a small question or a bigger request, he makes sure residents are taken care of quickly and with a smile. I absolutely love living here and couldn’t recommend this community more!

Just moved in and love living here so far. Our leasing agent Estefani was great and always answers our questions and needs in a timely manner. Anthony the leasing manager is also great. Love this community - everyone is so friendly and it’s great neighborhood if you have a dog. Already feels at home! If you’re looking for a new apartment definitely ask for Estefani!

Updated Review - I've been here for just over 1yr and thus far the experience has been great, zero complaints. The management team are professional, courteous and succinct. My apartment has had only one issue which was my fault and resolved quickly; washing machine stopped working. Building Ops showed up the following morning and fixed the issue (one of my dogs poopie bags...unused...had jammed the pump). After reading the reviews from surrounding rental communities, it affirmed I made the right choice. A rental community is always a gamble. There are three things that really jump out at me: 1 - Building & Amenities : The building is kept clean and in all amenities are kept in working order. For example: Things like lazy dog owners letting their pups go to the bathroom in the stai
