District 208

My first encounter with the new management was awful. Patricia had answered the phone and was INCREDIBLY rude to me. She kept interrupting me and HUNG UP on me after I was trying to voice a very valid concern. I called back the next day and spoke to Grace and she was an absolute angel as well as Ben. They truly make the management good, but Patricia was so incredibly rude and it almost makes me scared to call because not only did I have an awful experience with her but my roomate did as well. So I really hope my roommate nor I will be dealing with her in the future.

District 208 is under new management, and the difference has been great. The new management team is very helpful and friendly, and they took care of my maintenance request right away after the previous management had refused to help. The new maintenance technician is very nice and fixed the issue immediately. I was planning on moving out, but with the new office and maintenance staff in place I will be renewing my lease at the end of February.

I am not one to make bad reviews, but the management here has been very disappointing. From the start, our apartment was not cleaned as promised. On move-in day, we discovered the place was dirty the cabinets, floors, and overall condition showed that no real cleaning had been done. We had to spend hours cleaning ourselves, going through all of my Swiffer pads multiple times just to make it livable. When we asked about reimbursement, we were told no. The manager is extremely rude, even when I’ve tried to speak respectfully. When I pointed out that the cleaning company clearly took payment without doing the work, management admitted they had just switched to a new crew because of multiple complaints. Knowing that and still showing no empathy for my situation was unbelievable. They only of

Stay away from this place. There are lots of hidden charges you only find out after you move in. And they charge you more when you move out. You may sound nice and rob you of your money.
