I'm a loan officer on a transaction working with them, and it has been one of the worst title experiences of my professional life. Our file didn't close and fund today because the title company has an incorrect city listed on documentation that needs to be updated; we requested the revisions during normal business hours, and I was just screamed at by someone from their office for following up on it. The icing on the cake was being hung up on. 0/10 would recommend. There are too many professional title companies that exist - look elsewhere.
