Diridon West

Diridon west was such a beautiful stay with spacious amenities and providing the best customer service. Major shoutout to the office Jizel for being attentive and quick to answer questions I had about the property. It’s also super clean and tidy- they have a designated place to drop off the food which made it super accessible to have for DoorDash deliveries!

I’ve lived here for over a year and just renewed for another year. Overall, my experience at Diridon West has been awesome. The apartment is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Having Whole Foods Market right next door is incredibly convenient and genuinely makes day-to-day life so much easier. Special shout-out to Jizel from the management team. She’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient - whether it was with my renewal or everyday questions. Whenever I needed clarification or ran into an issue, she was quick to help and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness have truly made a difference. Overall, Diridon West is a great place to live, with an excellent location and a supportive management team. I’d definitely recommend it to anyon

I am very glad to be living at Diridon West for the past 3 months. Near the rose garden/the Alameda neighborhood, I had done over 5+ apartment viewings - some of which included Avalon, Private Rentals, and other apartment complexes. This was the only apartment tour I had done in a major apartment complex (100+ units) where the wonderful tour guide took the time to actually show us around and get a proper feeling of what it would be like to live there. Jizel E. was extremely professional and upbeat - as soon she showed 1-2 apartments with her, my Roommate and I knew we found our home. Thank you to the team at Diridon West! Great job

We had a great experience renting our place at Dirdon West. The leasing office staff, especially Jizel, are super friendly and patiently answer all of our questions. The building facilities and rooms are new and well maintained. For any maintenance requests the app works pretty well to send requests. It has the occasional bug but staff are always interested in helping to debug it.
