Shi has been amazing she had an answer for all questions , we were in a limited time frame to close due to military relocation. She whent above and beyond to get that closing date closer. 💯 recommend to make your home purchase at neealy farms. Amazing customer service!!!!

Direct Residential Communities at The Enclave at Whitewater were top tier. I bought a new home and the builder made sure everything was great. They were very personable and made the home buying process smooth. They made sure that I was knowledgeable about every part of the house and if I needed anything, they were accommodating. Love the team! Jan and Andrew are always willing to help and they also offer a 2-10 warranty.

I live in Chatham townhomes and I love it ! Jann is so amazing and extremely helpful. He always gives me tips and has made the entire homeownership process 10 times easier! Super grateful!!

I wish I could give a negative review rating for Direct Residential. This will be my last time and I am not recommending this builder to anyone. The warranty is a joke, unreliable, slow to respond and unprofessional. I had a minor common new home issue as a result of nail pops and bad trim job, and was left with a paint job my 8 year old niece could have done better.. I was told the paint sometimes matches and sometimes it does. Now my bathrooms are destroyed and looks horrible. Don't waste your time!

Which I had the option, to give DRH zero star. Been in our home for 2 months, and the trims are already cracking. Our back door, is not opening or closing easily. Inputted 3 warranty request, have not gotten a call back, from the builder. Very unprofessional. With this being my second home, this builder was my last option. Will never recommend.
