I scheduled a tour on their website and got a confirmation email. We drove up there ( we live an hour away). Got there early and the lady in the leasing center says, "We stop doing tours at 4." I explained to her about my confirmation and that I used their site. She says, "I don't see anything. Can you come back next week?" At this point my husband said no thank you and the lady just shrugs and says ok. She didn't even care that I wasted my gas or that she lost potential business.

Do not stay here!!! Maintenance along with management do not care if THEIR old, decrepit pipes bust and leak constantly. Which has caused a continuous mold problem, which again I brought to their attention but nothing was done. I have been sick multiple time from the consistent mold problems! DO NOT STAY HERE, they do NOT care about the issues in their facilities.

This complex is a mess. The owners of this property should come and see what tenants pay for and don’t seem to get. The outside of the property has not been maintained. Issues on the outside (construction, pot holes, building/grounds repairs), are not resolved, but you expect rent on time. The lack of repair of your property can create a safety and health hazard for tenants. Please maintain your property’s appearance inside and outside. Your tenants deserve better.(Property address: Foxtrail and Crofton Way on Brookfield).

Ms.Melodi and Ms.Tracy are phenomenal! They helped me get moved into my apartment in a timely manner. Melodi made sure that everything was taken care of prior to my move in date, and that me and my son would be comfortable! I appreciate everything you guys do thank you! Highly recommended!!

I went to the office Friday to find out about my work order, AND Adrian was very disrespectful 😒 I had to speak 2 times to be noticed, while waiting for her to get off her cellphone! I have been a resident for 20 years and I have never been that disrespectful, still waiting on my work order!!! Not a people person at all!!
