Diplomat Apartments

My sister lives here it’s horrible the owners/managers Don’t have cameras, they will let anyone brake into your cars multiple times. Infested with rats, is your pets/kids get sick because of the rats they won’t do nothing or care. If the owners/managers don’t like you they will find any little reason to make you wanna leave for example random unnecessary wellness checks or unnecessary maintenance, and if rent is 1 day late they will threaten you with a eviction notice every single time. And wanting to raise the rent is ridiculous I love my owners very nice and I pay 500 for 1 bed duplex they had a house for rent 3bed 1 1/2bath for only 1k everything brand new and beautiful.

These apartments are horrible! They care more about fixing up the outside rather than fixing the inside of the apartments! I've been suffering for over two months without a light in my kitchen and they haven't even replaced my stove! I haven't been able to cook for my kids because they have yet to replace my stove it is infested with rats and there is very bad mold and my son has very bad asthma and it is making him sick! Office attendents like to start drama between residents! And they have favorites if you aren't one they throw you to the dogs! Always have pile of crap at my door! Had a puppy stolen and a another puppy thrown off the second floor! Everyone is nosey and like to spread rumors! Kids aren't even safe to play outside! I'd stay far away from these apartments as possible!

These apartments nothing but skanks live there cuz I know because one took my husband who was married to me and she cannot find a man of her own you know who I'm talking to about you damn s*** you live in the back and you Have a white and black car your tall your nasty and ugly

Office staff is rude especially Gabby in the office she is disrespectful and has no customer service. She is always threatening to call the cops. They are rat infested. They are full of mold. Nothing ever gets fixed. Don’t move here.

They need to shut down and remodel. There's mold in all the wood inside the apartments.
