Aweful customer support, the worst secretary I have ever talked to. Promised called back that never happened and when asked why I wasn't important enough to get a response the secretary got hostile and derogatory. Too bad I can't rate less than one star or that is what they would receive.

Bad attitude leaves tenets to deal with infestations when could have been controlled if attended to upon first request. Lies on tenets to try to take advantage of them.

When i just called today trying to move from one state to another and seeing if he would work with me to make sure i had a house to move in when i moved down there he cut me off and said he will call back in 5 mins here we are hours later and i still have yet to hear back

Gave a cat to a renter with a rat infested house. Rotten customer service. Hope the media gets hold of this situation.
