I absolutely picked the right realtor, Ken Carn, to sell my home. For the past several years, I had been thinking about moving out of state. I had contacted him on the referral of a friend (a very picky friend!) who couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Ken and his agency. Throughout the years, Ken provided advice on how to best approach selling and how to prepare my home for sale. He was patient, took his time, and waited until I was ready to sell. This was the year! Anyone who has said anything positive about this company probably got a kick back. Don't even know where to begin. All I can say is everything the other one star reviews say is an accurate illustration of what any one who does business with any aspect of this company and it's owner will experience. Digital reality is owned by Ken Carn and he also owns a property management company that he just collects money from because they don't do any property management. Just contracts and addendums and collect money with as little effort as possible. They have a "don't bother me" attitude. From day one there were red flags. Do not waste your time or money with Digital Realty! They are unprofessional and treat their tenants like trash. On top of all that, they'll try and steal your security deposit with lies. For example, after our 1 year lease was up, we moved out and left the house is excellent shape. However, they claimed that there were stains and smells in the brand new carpet (installed the week prior to us moving in). They claimed to have professionally cleaned the carpet and it still couldn't get the suspect stains and smell out. So they charged us a $1000+ fee to install new carpets. When we asked to see the receipts for the carpet installation for the amount we were charged, there was none. I have on idea where to start but first we where rushed to move in the place even though it wasn't ready. They had maintenance workers coming in for the dishwasher that was broke it had things broken that had to be fixed (blinds, closet doors). We moved in the middle of August and they don't check their dwellings obviously because when it came time to put on the heat it didn't work. Well i have wife and two young kids (under 4 years old) and they allowed us to go without heat for 2 weeks! The place got down to 48 degrees they offered nothing to us, no heaters or anything. What they wanted to do is charge their $75 CO PAY on all maintenance calls but i didn't have to pay that because i fought them. I had to call friends that are HVAC techs to try and help me out without charging me. All in
