Digit 1919

I recently moved into Unit 107 at Digit 1919 on February 13, 2026, and unfortunately my experience from day one has been extremely disappointing. On move-in day, I observed a live roach in the unit and reported it immediately. I was told the apartment had already been treated prior to my arrival. Despite that assurance, I continued to see roaches throughout the unit, including juvenile roaches scattered in multiple areas and even in my bed. A second treatment was done on February 20, yet activity persisted. In addition to the pest issue, the unit had a strong urine odor throughout that was never fully resolved. Maintenance sprayed odor treatment and provided an industrial air freshener, but the smell remained (still remains - it’s absorbed in the floor, grout, and baseboards). There was a

I’ve been in this complex for several years now and have to say that while it’s gone thru several leasing agents and changes for the better. Tammy and Jose are delightful to work with. I also have to give a huge shot out to Jose who stayed on property for the most recent freeze and then shoveled thru the ice and snow to allow us residents a safe place to walk and drive on. Great location to access major highways and a cool neighborhood with some great spots to check out

This is my 1st time living in an apartment complex in over 25 years, so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. It’s been approximately 4 months since I moved in and I can honestly say that from day 1 Tammy (building manager) and Jose (maintenance) have been very responsive with every request that I’ve made (big or small). They are also both consistently pleasant to interact with and always professional. I understand that no place is perfect, but with a few adjustments they are headed in the right direction.

I don’t usually make reviews online but I feel like I really have to share my experience with digit 1919 to help someone out there. Honestly I felt in love with digit 1919 the moment I met the manager ( Mrs. Susan ) she is a sweetheart omg the most understanding and adorable manager I have ever met . I really hope she never leave digit 1919 otherwise I might leave with her lol Seriously if you are thinking about moving here please don’t hesitate It’s quiet , clean and I love my unit Anytime I put a work order it’s resolved the same day. Highly recommend digit 1919.

From the first time I walked in, I was greeted by leasing agent Sheneva Handy. She is literally the absolute BEST agent I have ever had. She left no detail unaddressed. She is personable, professional and takes her time with you. I am from the east coast and have lived in very nice places and I am really particular. She made sure not to disappoint. I love my first floor garage door and the industrial feel of my unit. Her and Jose (maintenance) are so attentive to needs. I am highly satisfied with my choice. I could have went with a high-end apt elsewhere for the price, but this apt is a well kept secret & I love it!!!!
