Different Realty Services

I rented from them, and I got attacked (robbery attempt) by one of my neighbors. As well, the packages are getting stolen systematically from the inside of the locked building. No reaction or help from the company on these issues. They do not care about safety of the tenants. I do not recommend them unless you like to live on the same floor with criminals.

We have lived here for almost a year having children and being so close to colfax I was worried I’ve had no issues and the place seems to be very quite. They have worked with me in times i needed it the most Madison is absolutely wonderful and truly cares about helping her tenants she also replies to messages with in seconds I haven’t had to have him come a lot but the maintenance man Mahdi is a very nice guy and works hard to get things fixed when needed Clean places, no pest or bugs, locked doors with a code, and washer and dryers work great Just all around a great company to rent from

They really worked with me, which enabled me to move into my awesome apartment. They are all very friendly, and eager to ensure that the client is totally satisfied. I want to continue to rent from them, for years to come

I love different property management. They've worked with me over the years and I really appreciate it. Been in my apartment going on seven years now.
