Dickens Court Apartments

The building is not bad, great lolcation. It is just neglected by MOSS managng company (natick park). No one comes to clean.If you have any maintanance requests - forget it, you can send a request and as many e-mails as you want - no one cares. AND they promote these carelss people like Chloe W. It 's just sad.

Management company is not the most honest or respectful of managers / property landlords out there in the world. I definitely caution all prospective tenants and renters alike, no matter what just as long as you have to deal with these characters, defects and all, to dot their eyes and cross double and triple cross and dot over and over. The funny thing is, all I did was call to verify some information on a unit which they had for rent on their own marketing campaign i.e. Website, Email brochure, and they gave me so many conflicting and incorrect facts. Second, my friend leased from them and was out voluntarily within weeks of moving in. That's how scary these people are!!!! Yikes!!!

Management is super sketchy.
