⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diamond Realty exceeded all my expectations! From the very beginning, their team was attentive, professional, and truly dedicated to making the entire process smooth and successful. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and provided expert guidance every step of the way. Their knowledge of the market, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail made a huge difference. I always felt supported and confident that I was in great hands.

I am reading some of these reviews in disbelief! My husband and I moved to Valdosta 3 1/2 months ago and, finding a place was a little upsetting because, no one would rent to us due to our limited time in the area. We happened to be driving around praying to find something for rent and, we saw a Diamond Reality sign. I called them up and, the voice on the other end was pleasant and very southern lol! I was directed to apply through their online portal and, within a few days we were approved. Every time I made contact with the ladies in the office; they were very inviting and, they spoke to me as though we've been acquaintances for a long time. After moving into the property, we ended up getting served a notice while going through some unexpected personal issues in-which it kinda caused me

So far they've been nice down to earth folks. We're very happy with our new home. We had one small hiccup and they were quick to fix the issue. Thank you diamond realty for making this stressful situation (sudden move) as relaxing as possible. We have had no issues. We pay our rent on time, and they dont interfere with our lives. A perfect relationship.

One star is too much. Jessica Peters kicked me and my kids out of our home we lived in for 10 years and never once late on the rent. Gave us one week to have everything out. I had to pay another month's rent just to have time to get stuff out when I already paid last month's rent when we moved in. Rotten floors, mold, mushrooms growing up through the floor for 7 years. I begged them to fix it but they never once even came to look at it. I stayed sick for 7 years. Tried to speak to Dale (owner) hoping that he would help but he ignored me. And yes I have proof of everything. Even audio recordings. Stay away from this company. And actually worse for property owners that use them to manage their properties.

I have been renting from Diamond Realty since 2019 and have never had a bad experience. In the time I been with them I have had a fire and most recently a flood throughout my home. When I contacted them the first thing they asked was were we ok and then they immediately sent someone to begin the process of getting the house dried out. Jessica and Hope have always worked with me regarding anything that we needed. I have no complaints with this company.
