Our company, Diamond Property Services, servicing our apartment, is very responsive to any problems: they send excellent specialists-technicians to eliminate any type of malfunction: air conditioning, plumbing, insect control. Any request is fulfilled in a short time and promptly. Very happy with this company.

This company's tactic is to always keep your deposit. My friend had an existing lease with Diamond but we wanted to move in together. She broke her lease by losing all of her deposit to move into another of Diamond's units with me. We lived in that unit for a year and a half. During the time we lived there we agreed to watch a friend's cat while she was on vacation (against our lease). Inspectors came during that time and we got a letter stating that we had to have the cat out in 14 days. Not a problem and an inspector came after the 14 days to make sure the cat was out (it was). An entire YEAR later we moved out and cleaned the house top to bottom and had the carpets professionally cleaned and provided an invoice for the service (we were advised by Diamond to do this in order to get our

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating but you gotta pick something. I would have to say this is the biggest joke of a rental or reality company no one will call or email you back. They dont post any pictures of their rental property's but expect you to be fine with renting it sight unseen and still expect you to pay a ridiculous amount for a down payment and dont try asking for your money back just take them to court. I believe this company needs to be shut down or sued for everything they have to stop the repeating cycle of corruption and fraud they have screwed people over with year after year. In my opinion they are of a lower standard than renting in Atlantic beach sc.

We rented a house in pelican harbor from november of 16 to november of 17 from diamond properties. They did not give us back our deposit of 1400$. We were told that the reason was that the window screens were missing even though they were not there when we got the house. Also when we got the house one of the switch in the oven was broken and i fixed it and the landlord said that was another reason for not returning the deposit. When i left the house it was in perfect condition, i even painted t. Even then they did not return my deposthe whole house before i handed it back. They are bunch of crooks, do not rent from them.

The team is very responsive. I love my condo and my interactions with the team. I truly feel at home.
