Stay Away – Especially Military Homeowners If you're considering Diamond Property Management in Bossier City, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I trusted them to manage my home for 7 years while stationed overseas on active duty—and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. A few things to consider: Communication with them is not the easiest. Which, in 2025, and all different types of messaging and communication apps, should be seamless. For example, They allowed a tenant to move in while the house was still dirty, with holes in the walls and no prep done. When that tenant understandably complained and was miserable throughout the lease and understandably didn't renew the lease. No empathy for the tenant. No respect for me as the owner. Stay away from them! My girl friend went through them and when she moved out paid to have her apartment and carpets cleaned. Was told everything was fine when she turned her keys in 31 August and that it would take her deposit a month to be refunded.. now at the beginning of October they are telling her she is only getting 300 of her 1k back because they needed to pay for cleaning. I saw her apartment before moving out and it looked and smelled good, these apartments are run down and old in the first place. You all should be ashamed for treating a customer this way.

Diamond property management has been awesome with the house I rent. They are always quick to send out technicians for any maintenance issues and very professional! I put in a plumbing work order on Sunday night and had a plumber at the house the next morning. I have dealt with other property managers who send sketchy technicians to do sketchy work, this has never been the issue with Diamond. I have been dealing mainly with Brittany from the Bossier City office and she has been exceptional! She’s always quick to respond back to me and very professional. I would highly recommend using Diamond property management to to manage your properties!

We have been using diamond property for over 3 years and we love their service. The people there are honest and reliable; we would recommend their service.
